Refund Policy

1. Single lessons

• Cancelled with 24 hours' notice or more: full refund, or free rescheduling if you prefer.
• Cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-show: no refund; the lesson is counted as taken.
• Cancelled by us: we will reschedule at a time that suits you or give a full refund.

2. Monthly packages

• Before your first lesson: full refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase.
• After lessons have started: you may request a refund for lessons not yet taken. Lessons already taken are charged at the standard single-lesson rate, and the difference is refunded.
• Expiry: unused lessons expire at the end of the package month and are not refundable, unless the lessons were missed because of us.

3. Trial lessons

If you are not satisfied after a first or trial lesson, tell us within 48 hours and we will refund that lesson or offer a different tutor approach.

4. Technical problems

If a lesson cannot take place because of a problem on our side, we will offer a replacement lesson or a refund. Problems with the student's own internet or device are not eligible for a refund, but we will try to help reschedule where possible.

5. Non-refundable items

• Lessons already taken.
• Lessons ended early because of the student's conduct.
• Fees charged by payment providers or banks, where these cannot be recovered.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@thearabish.com or message us on WhatsApp (+233 53 544 3512) with your name, the email or number used to book, and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and normally arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or mobile money provider. If the original method is unavailable, we will agree an alternative with you.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page applies to purchases made after the "Last updated" date.
